Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Sweden with PostNord tracked delivery. A tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
Sweden: 2–3 business days
EU: 3–7 business days
Rest of world: 5–10 business days
Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees
Sweden: 59 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 1 900 SEK
Worldwide: 150 SEK
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@beora.se.
Returns
We hope you love your BÉ ORA piece. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your packing slip or a note with your name and order number
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original order.
How to return:

Request your return
Email returns@beora.se with your order number to register your return and receive instructions.

Pack securely
Use the original packaging when possible. Include your packing slip for identification.

Ship with tracked delivery
Swedish returns: You will receive a pre-paid return label. A 59 SEK fee is deducted from your refund.
International returns: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and tracking is required.
Do not ship without contacting us first.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a new item is to return your order and place a new purchase once your refund is processed.
Claims & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at returns@beora.se with photos and your order number. Manufacturing defects are covered. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. We will always attempt to repair first. If repair is not possible, we will replace the item or process a refund.
