These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of beora.se and all purchases made from BÉ ORA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Terms may be updated, and the version available at checkout applies.

Delivery & Duties

Orders are shipped from Sweden. Within the EU: prices include Swedish VAT and are shipped DDP (no additional duties).
Outside the EU: local taxes, customs duties and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

VAT & Taxes

EU customers: VAT is included in all prices. Non-EU customers: VAT handling varies by destination. Any import duties or taxes charged locally are not included.

Payment

We accept secure payment via (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, etc.) Your card details are encrypted and never stored by BÉ ORA. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method.

Orders

Products in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues, payment problems or suspected misuse.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent by email once your purchase is registered. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact us at info@beora.se.

Sizes

Size information is available on product pages. Made-to-order or customized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns & Exchanges

According to Swedish consumer law, you may return standard products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

- unused

- in original condition

- in original packaging with all labels intact

Made-to-order and customized products are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping policies are stated on our Returns page. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is approved.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Items are considered faulty if they have a manufacturing defect. Wear and tear is not considered a defect. If you believe you received a faulty item, contact info@beora.se with photos before sending anything back. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded if repair/replacement is not possible. Original import duties for non-EU customers are not refundable.

Disclaimer

We aim to provide accurate information on the Site, but cannot guarantee that the Site is free from errors or that all products shown are in stock at the time of your order. Colours may vary depending on your device display. We may update or discontinue products or pricing without notice.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, war, outages, etc.).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, product designs, trademarks and text, is owned by BÉ ORA and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes may be referred to ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) or a Swedish court. You must be 18 years old or have guardian permission to shop.
